Billing & Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is captured at the time your order is placed. All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes at checkout.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders can be cancelled or modified free of charge within 2 hours of placement. After that, our warehouse begins processing and we may not be able to change your order. Email hello@trulyforher.us as soon as possible with your order number.

Delivery & Shipping Rates
- • Standard Shipping — 8 to 10 business days — $4.
- • Express Shipping — 3 to 6 business days — $5.
- • Light Speed Shipping — 1 to 2 business days — $7.
- • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Anniversary Offer Eligibility
The 2nd Anniversary 50% off promo (code: anniversary-50) is limited to first-time customers, one piece per household at the anniversary price. Additional units in the same order are billed at the regular anniversary bundle rate. Not combinable with other promo codes.

GDPR & International Data
If you're shopping from the EU/UK, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold on you. Send requests to hello@trulyforher.us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Intellectual Property
All product photography, illustrations, copy, logos, and the TrulyForHer name are the property of TrulyForHer. Reuse without written permission is prohibited.
Payment Security
Checkout is PCI-DSS compliant and processed over TLS 1.3. We never store your full card number on our servers — payment data is tokenized by our processor.
Price Match Promise
Find an identical TrulyForHer product for less from an authorized retailer within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the difference. Send the link and your order number to hello@trulyforher.us.
Privacy Policy

Promotions & Discount Codes
Only one promo code may be applied per order. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively. TrulyForHer reserves the right to correct pricing errors and clarify promotional terms before an order ships.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived defective.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return your TrulyForHer belt for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. To start a return, email hello@trulyforher.us with your order number.
Sizing Guide
The TrulyForHer belt is designed with a 3-row adjustable closure that spans up to 4 inches of range per size. Measure your natural waist at the narrowest point. If you're between sizes, size down for a sculpted fit or size up for all-day comfort.
Product Care & Safety
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Air dry flat — do not tumble dry, iron, or bleach. Do not wear during sleep. Discontinue use and consult a physician if you feel discomfort, especially during pregnancy or postpartum recovery.
Taxes & Duties
Applicable US sales tax is added at checkout and shown on your final invoice. International orders may incur import duties collected by your local carrier — these are the customer's responsibility.
Terms of Service

Every TrulyForHer belt ships with a 1-month free replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects — bones, stitching, and closure. Email hello@trulyforher.us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
